If your code was never activated, we permanently invalidate it and email you a fresh one — the lost copy becomes useless. Already-activated codes are re-sent for your records (they're bound to your phone; nobody else can use them).

If your email matches a verified purchase, the key will arrive in a few minutes. If not, you'll see the same confirmation — we don't reveal which addresses have keys.

Bought anonymously? Then there's no record of your purchase to recover from. Sorry.
